Your role as Engineering Manager is to people manager your team of developers to ensure this strategy of working is continued.
As Engineering Manager you will be responsible for driving improvement of talent – all strategic areas of improvement related to talent (this is not a strategy role for a developer.. it is purely talent)
The skills you will need to secure an interview-
Ideally live Berlin, if not Stockholm or Barcelona. (Re location costs will be paid for the right candidate)
You will come from a technical background in software engineering.
Exceptional communication, coaching and feedback skills.
Experienced leader with a passion for developing others
