Product Manager (Technology)

You will be responsible for the Roadmap for a group of this company's internal tools - including the end to end Product Lifecycle from inception to delivery and ongoing measurement and optimisation.

The role sits within the Product team, a new team created to help drive the business forward strategically.

This role will be focused on  internal tools and data architecture from product catalogue, through finance systems, customer service and Retail APIs.  T

This is a technical Product role and may suit candidates with previous development or architecture experience.  These products and systems form the backbone of our business and this role is critical to our future growth as we move from a monolithic to microservices architecture.

  • Apply data driven approach to define, prioritise and validate the roadmap and backlog for your product area, using qualitative and quantitative data where available. • Identifying areas of improvement that will contribute to defined OKRs and improved user and end-customer experience
    • Leading Product initiatives end to end including using research and discovery, development of internal user flows and stories, NFRs (including system performance), QA, UAT, post launch validation and ongoing optimisation
    • Working with the wider Product team to ensure that all development is prioritised effectively and that the Internal Product Roadmap aligns with overall business objectives
  • Assist in establishment of the Product team as subject matter experts, building trust and value within the business
  • Develop strong understanding of business processes and systems, with a view to improving efficiencies
  • Work with other departments (Marketing Ops & Content, Buying, CRM, Finance, Customer Service, Fulfilment) to identify internal user pain points and to develop possible solutions
