Vacancy Details

  • Meet/exceed KPI and SLA targets for engagement, service and partner satisfaction
  • Manage a high volume of incoming queries from partners both by email and telephone
  • Build and maintain strong relations with partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction
  • Source exclusive offers from partners in line with the agreed product road map
  • Use the established Salesforce system to ensure accurate records are kept

Experience Required

  • You are an enthusiastic and confident individual with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • You enjoy speaking to and engaging with partners to build good relationships
  • You thrive on delivering great service to business partners
  • You are used to handling inbound and outbound calls and emails and can do so within a targeted SLA
  • You are a problem solver, looking for solutions to make partners get more from the company platform
  • You have the ability to organise, prioritise and manage your time effectively
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with clear deadlines and targets for you and the team
  • You have some B2B sales experience, or are willing to learn
  • Previous Salesforce experience is desirable
