We are looking for a Partner Relations/Support Executive who will be responsible for best in class partner experience and partner service for this experience provider.
Partially working remotely.
As a Partner Relations/Support Executive you ensure a defined group of small and medium business partners provide our customers with an excellent experience and in turn you will provide excellent support and service to build and maintain relationships with these partners.
Meet/exceed KPI and SLA targets for engagement, service and partner satisfaction
Manage a high volume of incoming queries from partners both by email and telephone
Build and maintain strong relations with partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction
Source exclusive offers from partners in line with the agreed product road map
Use the established Salesforce system to ensure accurate records are kept
You are an enthusiastic and confident individual with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
You enjoy speaking to and engaging with partners to build good relationships
You thrive on delivering great service to business partners
You are used to handling inbound and outbound calls and emails and can do so within a targeted SLA
You are a problem solver, looking for solutions to make partners get more from the company platform
You have the ability to organise, prioritise and manage your time effectively
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with clear deadlines and targets for you and the team
You have some B2B sales experience, or are willing to learn
