Partner Operations Executive


Vacancy Details

  • Liaise with external partiers to manage H&S compliance with partners / suppliers.
  • Review H&S documentation & escalate when necessary.
  • Be the main point of contact for any quality data review based on requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Review Partners based on the yearly Partner Review Plan.
  • Data enrichment on Salesforce & ensure proper record keeping.
  • Meet/exceed KPI and SLA targets for ticket handling.
  • Update Dashboards/Reports on Saleforce.
  • Suggest and collaborate on additions and changes to current processes.
  • Other general activities as required to support Partner Operations.
  • In time, you will also be responsible to carry out training calls / educate Partners on how to use our various platforms.

Experience Required

  • Ability to multitask and work towards deadlines.
  • Work with large amounts of data entry with accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent soft & negotiation skills with the ability to manage objections while speaking to partners
  • Have a good judgement to recommend changes / initiate next steps while reviewing H&S compliance documents / following compliance processes
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and process driven at the same time
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage your time effectively.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills (Good to have but not essential)

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Prior experience of working in process SLA’s will be an advantage.
  • Risk management experience.

This is an entry level job and prior experience in Health & Safety compliance is not required, however an interest in compliance & how to manage compliance requirements will be beneficial in this position.
