This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and creative Head Chef to work with the Executive Head Chef and lead the main kitchen team of up to 45.
Large events catered for from 50 to 500
Breakfast buffet can sometimes cover 500 covers in busy periods.
You’ll have previous 4or 5 star experience at Head Chef/Senior Sous level as a minimum.
A great coach, mentor and communicator, you’ll inspire the teams with your passion for food.
Ready to apply your creativity, flair and innovation in equal measure, we’ll expect you to bring your great ideas and cooking to the restaurant and menus.
You’ll be able to demonstrate your abilities in developing and improving food, food standards and the people you lead.
Monitoring and improving costs will also be part of your skill set.
