Jewels Travel & Hospitality Recruitment are working alongside this Hotel in recruiting an experienced F & B professional with exceptional Hotel and Operation Manager experience.

As Hotel Manager you will have responsibility of the running of the Hotel, growing and developing the business by building strong relationships with internal staff in Sales, Marketing, Kitchen, Restaurant etc together with building strong relationships with external stakeholders. 

 


Experience Required

Experience required: 

You must come from a F & B background

Hotel management experience to include leadership in a hotel operations management role

Have good financial management skills and be commercially astute at managing risk and opportunities,

As Hotel Manager you must hold excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to both lead and work within a team , motivating people to deliver a great performance. 

Knowledge of how to develop and coach people and teams is also key to this role.

You will have an understanding of current issues affecting Scottish Tourism including changing population demographics, customer and employee trends and a knowledge of the social and economic environment.

Full Time Permanent Position

45 Hours per week

Salary £32K + excellent management package
