An exciting new position has arisen for this highly successful large Hotel with leisure complex. And Spa facilities.

This beautiful Hotel set in beautiful grounds has everything to offer their guests – Leisure Club, Spa facilities, Function suites and 3 Restaurants.

The Duty Manager will be very hands on with the ability to multi task across all areas of the business and first point of contact for all staff and guests.

You will responsible from Reception to Housekeeping; Food & Beverage for restaurants and leisure/spa facilities

This Hotel prides itself on repeat guests coming year after year, due to the exceptional service all staff present to guests in all areas.


Experience Required

To apply for this role as exciting Hotel Duty Manager we are looking for the following experience.

Must have worked in a similar role within the Hospitality Industry

Ability to work under pressure in a calm and efficient manner.

Must have experience of a management role within the Hospitality arenas and working knowledge of Budgets

Must have knowledge of working with systems and have good IT knowledge.

Must have experience in recognising trends within the Hospitality areas.

Keeping abreast with competitors to make a difference and improve in the guest experiences.

Have a good professional and friendly approach for all team departments and guests.

Experienced in problem handling.

Shift Pattern: 07.00-16.30; 14.30-00.00
