To achieve budgeted targets in terms of Turnover, Revenue and Contribution in the Branch to Achieve
growth in business through new accounts and enhancement of Business in existing accounts
To ensure compliance with the business manual of all employees in the company.
To create a performance oriented culture by linking rewards to performance.
Manpower & Service Management: Ensure proper staffing of the branch
of new staff and training of the existing staff and liaise with HR to ensure for staffing and Training.
Ensure service standards of the branch are in compliance with the benchmarked standards laid down by the organisation and also review periodically the service standards to improve the quality of service.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relations with the clients through consistent
service standards being met.
Ticketing, Facilitation, Leisure, Credit Control-Oversee and ensure smooth functioning of the
departments as per company guidelines. Authorise and monitor deviations, if any.
Client selection: To check feasibility of servicing the clients and also periodic analysis of customer
account to monitor performance vis-a-vis commitment and credit utilisation.
To build and strengthen strong relationship with key global partners- hotels, airlines and other
