The role of Commercial Partnership Manager will be responsible of 2 Account Managers for partner experience and partner service to customers, suppliers, and retail partners within this companies Lifestyle category.

As well as ensuring the existing partners are provided with excellent products , service and new products you will also be responsible for increasing volume by creating imaginative ideas to enhance our products.... although this is not a marketing role the person we are looking for will have creativity and flair to create new ultimate customer experiences.  You will however have a through understanding of leading e commerce platforms that is marketed through e marketing techniques.

As this is a senior role within the company you must have the skills and experience to demonstrate leadership within partner management through negotiation, commercial, relationship management.

This could be a position for a senior account manager that has managed large business accounts within a Hotel/leisure industry, looking to move into a senior partner/commercial manager role at a senior level?


Experience Required

The person we are looking for to be considered for this new role and secure an interview will have the following experience and skills - Importantly The Head of Partnership is seeking someone that has the flair, imagination to create new ultimate experiences for the customer within a Lifestyle experience.

  • You are an accomplished account manager with a track record in developing new commercial opportunities with large businesses with at least 5 years in account management along with sales targets
  • Knowledge and experience of working with leading industry booking platforms and hotel channel managers
  • A minimum of 3 years plus people management experience is essential.
  • Ability to manage a small team and lead by example to meet/lead KPI and sales targets
  • You have a logical, analytical approach to numbers, can quickly identify insights and their resulting actions necessary to make a difference
  • You are a good negotiator, able to develop strong partnerships and deliver excellent commercial outcomes
  • You have extensive experience of managing large business accounts and are comfortable with meeting and presenting at senior level
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with clear deadlines and targets for you and team
  • Experience in Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with external and internal technical stakeholders to create and deliver e commerce roadmap.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hotel/leisure/attraction industry is highly desirable.  

Salary £50k + excellent bonus + extensive benefits.
