Handling all calls in line with service standards and procedures

Using company  reservation system to process telephone sales for individual passengers.

Assisting passengers with support, reservation changes, purchase add ons, and special requests.

Responding to customer emails and chats with appropriate SLA

Assisting customers with on line bookings and other web queries

 


Experience Required

Must be fluent in English - written and spoken

Good Knowledge of Microsoft packages

Experienced in using CRS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Previous experience working in a similar role

Previous working within fast paced customer focused environments.

Knowledge and experience working within Travel Industry - retail, Tour Operations/airline reservations.

MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK
