We are seeking someone with previous experience in Restaurant management (essential).
As an Operations Manager you will be an outgoing and a hospitality professional, someone who easily takes directions but is also able to lead large teams. Can easily find solutions to all sorts of problems. Takes initiative, determined to deliver results. Capable and driven. Friendly, adaptable, action -orientated.
The role itself is a very hand-on job. The candidate needs to be guest orientated with main focus on restaurant operations.
Previous experience in Restaurant Management is essential.
What are their responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate that is fluent in English and Spanish. As this is a management positions, they need to have the ability to communicate with the locals, should an issue arrive.
