Jewels Travel & Hospitality are seeking an Accounts Assistant for a Travel Company.
As Accounts Assistant you will work closely with the Finance Team to provide a service to customers, suppliers and staff.
Responsible for checking, authorising and posting any invoices relating to suppliers.
To query invoices with suppliers/Product Managers/Managers and to seek authorisation where necessary.
Responsible for dealing with enquiries relating to supplier account and disputed invoices.
To undertake profit and loss analysis
Responsible for authorising invoices, payment posting and daily banking (alternative weeks with Inbox).
Responsible for Accounts Inbox (alternate weeks with mail and banking).
Invoicing, debit, credit and adjustment downloads (on specific days).
Responsible for posting payments and allocating on Sage.
Provide email remittance advice to suppliers.
