We have 2 recruitment packages for Clients –
Full Recruitment Package OR Corporate Partners Package

  • Full Recruitment Package: We advertise your vacancy through various advertising channels, pre screen and interview potential candidates; send over shortlisted candidates CV and interview notes in a cover sheet attached to CV.

    Please Note : Every candidate is interviewed for the job they are applying for and questions answered relevant to the job description and skills/experience required for the job - These interview notes are always accompanied in a cover sheet along with the CV (Our cover sheets are not a summary of the CV that many recruitment agencies send).

    An introduction fee is applied only once an offer has been made and accepted. Invoiced on candidates first day of employment with 28 days payment terms.


  • Corporate Partners Package: This package is more for large companies that have their own inhouse recruitment team in place so do not use recruitment agencies, but want the extra exposure of their jobs advertised (as we have the buying power with many job boards) We also run regular mailshots throughout our thousands of candidates using keywords relevant to you vacancy(s)

    Your vacancy has your Company Logo, email and URL so that you have full control of the applicants applying being sent directly to your inbox.

    There is no placement fee applied for the Corporate Partners package- (Jewels have the advantage of the buying power with many job boards), plus weekly mailshots to all our candidates on Jewels Database reaching out to thousands of CV’s.

    We do not get involved in the recruitment side of this package, no introduction fee is charged and you have sole control of your applicants applying directly to you through your own email and URL

Within the placement fee we include referencing from past employment together with copy of passport, any Visa’s if applicable, ID and registration form detailing any criminal convictions, health or disabilities for any adjustments to be made attending interviews or their job description and duties……. This saving you time in your HR procedures.
